No. Research compounds are not approved by the FDA for diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition. We make no therapeutic claims anywhere on this site, and nothing here should be read as guidance for use in people.

Yes — and the detail matters more than the word.

• Tested in the United States. Analysis is run domestically by an independent third-party laboratory — not by us, and not by the manufacturer whose material is being judged.
• Independent of us. The lab has no stake in the result — its methods and instrument calibration are its own, and we publish whatever the report says.
• Two orthogonal methods. Purity by reverse-phase HPLC and identity by mass spectrometry. Purity alone tells you a sample is clean; mass spec tells you it's clean and it's actually the compound on the label.
• Per lot, not per compound. Every batch is assayed before it's listed. A single certificate reused across years of restocks proves nothing about the vial in your hand.
• Traceable and archived. Each certificate is filed against a unique lot ID printed on the vial, emailed with your receipt, and searchable any time in the COA lookup.

What we won't claim: where we don't hold a report for a given panel, we publish nothing rather than a number.

Purity by reverse-phase HPLC, identity by mass spectrometry, and net contents by weight are run on every listed lot. Additional panels are not run on every lot — where we don't hold the report, we publish nothing rather than a number. If a specific lot needs an additional panel for your work, ask before ordering.

It ties the vial in your hand to the exact batch that was assayed. Enter it in the COA lookup and you get that batch's certificate — not a generic sample document reused across every order.

Mostly testing depth and quality control. Independent per-lot assays, documented identity, and archived certificates cost more than reselling unverified imported material — so the cheapest listing usually tells you what wasn't done rather than what was.

Single Peptide — one defined amino-acid sequence per vial. Peptide Blend — two or more separately characterised peptides combined in one vial at stated amounts. Peptide Hormone & Analog — a signalling peptide or a structurally modified version designed to change stability or receptor behaviour. Cofactor — a non-peptide molecule required for or supportive of enzymatic activity. Bench consumables such as bacteriostatic water and dispensing hardware are not compounds at all — they are listed under the Supplies pathway and carry no compound type. Products are supplied as a lyophilized powder — shelf-stable and sealed against light and moisture, so no cold chain is required in transit. For long-term storage keep lyophilized material at -20°C or below, protected from light, tightly sealed, and let the vial reach room temperature before opening so atmospheric moisture doesn't condense onto the powder. Bacteriostatic water is the usual diluent and is listed separately in the catalog alongside dosage pen kits. The reconstitution and molarity calculators work out concentration and volume for any vial size, with unit switching between mg/mL, µM and µL.

Once in solution, keep it refrigerated at 2–8°C and protected from light, and work within the window noted on the product page. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles — aliquot instead if the material will be drawn on more than once.

We ship within the United States. Import rules for research materials differ by country, so international destinations are handled case by case — talk to us before ordering from outside the US.

Vials travel in protective inserts inside plain outer packaging — compound names aren't printed on the outside of the parcel. Lot-labelled vials and the accompanying paperwork are inside.

Orders move to fulfilment quickly, so they can't be changed or cancelled once placed. Email us straight away — if the parcel hasn't left yet, we'll do what we can.

All sales are final — once material leaves our control its integrity can't be verified, so we don't accept returns or change-of-mind refunds. If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we make it right. Full detail in our terms and shipping policy.

Email us within 72 hours of delivery and we'll replace or refund the affected items. To settle a claim quickly, send:

• Your order number and the lot number printed on the affected vials.
• Photos of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the vials.
• An unbroken unboxing video where possible — it's the fastest way to settle a carrier-damage or missing-item claim, so we recommend recording every unboxing.

Keep the packaging until the claim closes. Video isn't mandatory, but claims without evidence take longer and may be declined if the carrier disputes them.

Yes. Ten-vial packs of a single compound and strength ship from one lot at 15% below ten single vials — useful when a study needs batch consistency across runs. Larger institutional volumes are quoted on request.
