A plain-language summary of Section 6 of the Terms of Sale
This page summarises how orders ship. It does not create rights beyond the Terms of Sale, which control if there is any difference between the two.
Where Orders Ship From
Materials ship from US-based fulfillment facilities. Orders are supplied only to qualified research purchasers under the Research Use Only Agreement.
Processing and Transit Times
All delivery periods shown anywhere on this site are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Time is not of the essence. Processing begins after payment is confirmed and purchaser eligibility is satisfied; transit time then depends on the carrier and destination.

Either option is free on orders over $200. Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a business day are dispatched the same day.
We do not offer guaranteed-date or guaranteed-time delivery, and we do not promise a specific number of days for any order.
Shipping Charges and Taxes
Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Duties and import charges, where they apply, are the purchaser's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Address Accuracy and Refused Shipments
Purchasers are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and for having appropriate storage available on receipt. Shipments refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect address may be refunded less shipping and handling. Cold-chain items returned this way cannot be refunded.
Title, Risk, and Carrier Delays
Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser when the shipment is handed to the carrier. Pure Helix is not responsible for delays, seizures, or losses caused by customs inspection, carrier handling, incorrect purchaser information, or events outside our control.
International Orders
Where Pure Helix ships outside the United States, the purchaser is the importer of record and is responsible for import permits, duties, and local compliance.
Arrival Problems
If a shipment arrives damaged or short, notify us in writing at hello@purehelix.bio within seven (7) days of delivery with the lot number and supporting evidence. See Returns & Refunds.
