Research Use Only Agreement

By purchasing from Pure Helix you acknowledge and agree to each clause in this document.

   Intended use

   All products are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.

2. 02

   No claims of safety, efficacy, or benefit

   Pure Helix makes no representation, express or implied, that any product is safe or effective for any use, or that it produces any physiological, therapeutic, cosmetic, or performance outcome. We do not make disease, treatment, structure/function, or benefit claims about any compound we supply, and no employee, agent, or reseller is authorised to make one on our behalf. Any statement to the contrary is unauthorised and void.

   Not for human or veterinary use

   Products are not for human or veterinary consumption and must not be administered to humans or animals. They must not be used in food, drugs, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or diagnostic procedures.

4. 04

   Third-party content is not our claim

   Our research library, study index, video explainers, and any linked or embedded material are published by independent third parties. We share them as context on published literature and on how researchers, clinicians, and the public are currently discussing these compounds, so that qualified purchasers can design and scope their own in-vitro work. We do not author, verify, endorse, or adopt any statement, opinion, dosage, protocol, or outcome described in that material, and none of it constitutes a claim by Pure Helix about our products. Findings reported in third-party publications describe the material and conditions those authors used — not Pure Helix material.

   No medical advice, no professional relationship

   Nothing on this site, in our emails, in our research tools, or in the AI research assistant is medical, veterinary, pharmaceutical, or legal advice, and no clinician-patient or professional relationship is created. Calculators and modelling tools are informational aids for laboratory planning; outputs are estimates and must be independently verified. Do not rely on any content here to make decisions about human or animal health.

   Qualified researcher

   You confirm that you are a qualified researcher or institution, that you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes, and that you have the training, facilities, and authorization required to handle research chemicals safely and lawfully.

7. 07

   Responsibility

   You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional safety guidelines. You agree to comply with all import, export, and local regulations that apply to your purchase and use.

8. 08

   No resale, relabelling, or promotion for prohibited use

   You agree not to resell, relabel, repackage, or distribute products for any use prohibited by this agreement or by applicable law, and not to market, advertise, or describe them for human or veterinary use or with any disease, treatment, or benefit claim.

9. 09

   Indemnity, liability, and venue

   You agree to indemnify and hold Pure Helix harmless from claims arising out of your use of the platform or materials. Pure Helix's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes are resolved by individual binding arbitration seated in Alexandria, Virginia, as set out in the Terms of Sale — small claims are excluded, and you may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting the terms.
