Dihexa — molecular reference
Dihexa is a small angiotensin IV analog engineered for oral stability that acts as an allosteric potentiator of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) at its c-Met receptor. It is used in cultured hippocampal and cortical neurons to study spinogenesis and synaptic density, and in cell lines expressing c-Met for receptor-activation and MAPK / PI3K downstream signaling assays.
