The copper tripeptide reference researchers reach for first.

GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-bound tripeptide (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine : Cu²⁺) present in human plasma at low nanomolar concentrations. In cultured fibroblast models it is used to study extracellular-matrix gene expression, collagen and glycosaminoglycan biosynthesis, and modulation of antioxidant pathways such as SOD and metallothionein. Its copper-binding chemistry makes it a common tool compound in redox and wound-model in-vitro studies. Presented as a lyophilized powder for reconstitution. Research use only.
