It is used in cultured myocytes, cardiomyocytes, and hepatocytes to interrogate ERR-driven transcriptional programs including PGC-1α co-activation, mitochondrial biogenesis, fatty-acid oxidation, and oxidative-phosphorylation gene expression. Provided as a solid for dissolution in DMSO stock. Research use only.
