SLU-PP-332 — molecular reference
SLU-PP-332 is a first-in-class pan-agonist of the estrogen-related receptors (ERRα, ERRβ, ERRγ). It is used in cultured myocytes, cardiomyocytes, and hepatocytes to interrogate ERR-driven transcriptional programs including PGC-1α co-activation, mitochondrial biogenesis, fatty-acid oxidation, and oxidative-phosphorylation gene expression. Provided as a solid for dissolution in DMSO stock. Research use only.
