Semaglutide — molecular reference

Semaglutide is a synthetic 31-amino-acid GLP-1 receptor agonist with a C18 fatty-diacid side chain and an engineered DPP-4-resistant substitution. It is used in receptor binding, cAMP accumulation, and CREB reporter assays in cell lines expressing GLP-1R, as well as in pancreatic β-cell and enterocyte in-vitro models of glucose-stimulated signaling. Supplied as a sterile lyophilized powder for reconstitution in bacteriostatic water. For laboratory research use only — not for human or veterinary use.
